Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the agency’s front office and performs a wide variety of activities that require handling of business assignments, including confidential information, in a professional manner.  

The Administrative Coordinator provides support to the Executive Director and staff in matters of organization and communication. S/he handles information requests, and performs clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
